It started with a harmonica loop and an idea to write a song called "my wife". Give it up for Adam- he came up with the M-A-N and W-I-F-E idea and contributed heavily to the lyrics. This song was written in early February, but we decided NOT to give this to our wives as Valentine's day gifts. I did play it for my wife- she smiled at times, but also gave hints that she was not thrilled (it was the rolling of her eyes during certain verses) and she may have said something like "why did I marry a freak head" under her breath. It's an original, not a parody. It would have been much better with a real female vocalist. My wife could have done it, but she adamantly refused when I asked. She has no time for this nonsense!
